How will the Giant 6ft Dragons or the Standard Dragons be Shipped?
⭐️“Big Dreams” and any other unlocked Giant Dragons will be shipped with weights sewn in and PARTIALLY STUFFED. Meaning they will not be completely full to save us all on shipping! You can fill him with whatever fill you’d like. Instructions will be included, and there is a zipper on the lower back for easy stuffing, opening, and closing. No sewing required!
⭐️All the standard dragons will ship fully stuffed. They do not have a zipper. Packages and pricing will vary depending on how many your order but most will be shipped in a poly-mailer.
⭐️⭐️ PLEASE NOTE! Shipping is NOT included in your pledge amount. Shipping prices will vary depending on how many items your tier pledged includes, and if you want additional Add-on items. We will combine shipping costs with your completed Backer-Kit surveys so that all your items will be grouped and a single shipping cost will be charged depending on weight of package and location.

How much will it cost to add stuffing to Big Dreams?
There are many options on amazon and other where you can buy polyfil in bulk. Make sure you select a fill that you find soft enough as quality varies. Costs vary on the quality and amount you purchase. It isn’t guaranteed but we may be stocking our own extra stuffing to purchase if we can get more.

What if I decide I want to add something to my original pledge?
⭐️You’ll be able to choose additional plush, or merchandise through our Backer-Kit Add-on store that will open when the campaign completes. This is because many new items may become available through stretch goals throughout the campaign that weren’t available when you first pledged.
⭐️We will be sending around surveys through your email where you will have the opportunity to add any additional items that aren’t included in your pledge tier, and even additional quantities of items you DID pledge for. You will only be able to add non-limited items.

Can you Ship to my Country?
⭐️This Kickstarter will ship internationally through Backer-Kit Surveys to almost anywhere in the world, with a few exceptions. We cannot ship to the following: Aland Islands, Iran, Afghanistan, Mayotte, China, North Korea, Palestine, and Israel at this time.
⭐️There may be some others that are restricted or hard to ship to that I may not have listed, so if you are curious about your country please feel free to message us!
⭐️If for any reason you have pledged and we find out that you are in a country that we cannot ship to you and we have met our goals and you were charged, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will refund you in full.

How can I clean the Dragon Plush?
For the Giant 6ft Dragons they will have a small zipper on the lower back and you should un-stuff them fully. The weights are sewn in so you can either cut them out (Which will cause them to drift and not stay in place) Or you can make sure that when you wash you, HAND wash and wring-dry with a towel make sure to get any of the extra moisture out and be particularly careful about drying out the weights. I would turn the entire dragon inside out to try if possible and hang dry. Then re-stuff as desired. For the smaller dragons I recommend just surface washing, or un-stuffing and cleaning the same way, although you will have to cut their seams open and re-sew them.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
